Financial Administrator

Our company engaged in the production of professional flight simulators looks for a Financial Administrator working in our Budapest office in 6 or 8 hours.

Tasks:

  • - Checking and controlling the formalities and contents of incoming invoices
  • - Filing and accounting customer and vendor invoices
  • - Issuing invoices
  • - Creating and tracking statements of account
  • - Managing and documenting petty cash
  • - Managing bank certificates
  • - Up-to-date accounting of the bank
  • - Preparing bank transfers
  • - Writing financial reports
  • - Accounting preparations and keeping in touch with the external accountant
  • - Supplying data for the controlling system
  • - Other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • - Minimum secondary level education qualification in accounting, finances or economy
  • - At least two years of relevant work experience
  • - Up-to-date financial and accounting knowledge
  • - Confident knowledge of MS Office (Excel especially)
  • - Good problem-solving skills
