Simulator Support Engineer
We are looking for a Simulator Support Engineer to join our team. Our dynamically evolving company is engaged in developing, trading and operating professional training flight simulators.


  • - Completing technical tasks related to the operation of flight simulators
  • - Providing technical support to our clients with the help of AR glasses on-call
  • - Operating the IT hardware and network infrastructure of flight simulators
  • - Writing of smaller utility programs and scripts necessary for operation
  • - Saving backups and making log analysis​
  • - Keeping in contact and cooperating with developers and operators
  • - Reading and writing technical documentation
  • - Technical support of the EASA certification process
  • - Using and customizing the softwares required for the regular validation of flight simulators (eQTG)
  • - Technical support of the aftersales manager’s work


  • - Fluent English
  • - Engineering mindset
  • - Willingness to travel and to spend some days working abroad
  • - Willingness to learn
  • - Working well in a team
  • - Problem-solving skill
  • - Customer-oriented mindset
  • - Up-to-date IT knowledge
  • - Operator level knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
  • - TCP/IP network knowledge, being familiar with the devices’ configurations (switching, routing, etc)
  • - Expertise in writing shell scripts


  • - Aviation knowledge
  • - Knowledge of EASA legislation
  • - Computer programming knowledge
  • - Electronics knowledge
  • - Proficiency in designing multi-screen projection systems
